"Blackbird" Pattern Cheese Cutting Board

Part of the Blackbird Production run of Cutting boards.  Name inspired from the legendary SR-71 Blackbird.  Same Pattern as the larger Blackbird Cutting Board but scaled down to the smaller size.  
 
Made from Wenge and Hard Maple.  Food Safe Stainless Steel cutter Wire and corrosion proof food safe heardware.  All Boards are sanded to an incredibly smooth 400 grit, treated with 100% food safe mineral oil and my own food safe board conditioner.  Handmade with small varitions in size and grain.  Dimensions roughly 6.5" x 11" x 1.5"
